Cedric Figaro is coming home.
A LHS graduate, Figaro played his college football at Notre Dame before being selected by the San Diego Chargers in the sixth round of the 1988 NFL Draft. He spent seven seasons in the league, including three with the Chargers, two with the Cleveland Browns and one with the Indianapolis Colts.
According to his pro-footballreference.com page, Figaro tallied 161 tackles, 1.0 sack, two interceptions and forced three fumbles over his pro career.
He’s bringing 18 years of coaching experience to his alma mater, most recently serving as a coach at Acadiana High.
