Former LSU QB Burrow speaks out against police brutality, stands with Bengals teammates

Louisiana State University’s national championship quarterback Joe Burrow hasn’t even thrown a pass in the National Football League but he is already making his mark at the professional level.

The 23-year-old white quarterback, eight months removed from capping one of the all-time best seasons by a college football quarterback by capturing a national title for the Tigers, has been outspoken on social media.

The No. 1 overall pick and Cincinnati Bengals’ starting quarterback has shown that he isn’t afraid to speak his mind on Twitter and will stand behind his African American teammates when they’re calling for justice against police brutality across the nation:
